Ridgewind

Ridgewind is a 25 MW wind farm consisting of (11) 2.3 MW Siemens turbines. The team served as the EPC contractor on this project while designing and constructing the roads, foundations, switch yard, O & M Building and installing the collection system.

 

 

Buffalo BearBuffalo Bear

The team served as the EPC contractor on this 18.9 MW wind project while designing and constructing the roads, foundations, substation, wind turbine erection and installing the collection system. Buffalo Bear is situated on a remote site on the eastern edge of the Oklahoma panhandle. The landscape is accentuated by rolling hills and steep ravines compromised of layers of rock and elevation changes of up to 200 feet. Buffalo Bear consisted of (9) 2.0 MW Suzlon S88 Turbines.

 

Spanish ForkSpanish Fork

The team served as the EPC contractor for this project. Spanish Fork Wind was constructed with (9) 2.1 MW Sulzon S88, 18.9 MW project. Located at the base of a mountain with a river running through it, the Spanish Fork site presented a variety of challenges. The windy conditions that made the site so ideal for capturing wind energy also required special adaptations to our schedule. To avoid the valley winds at their strongest, we worked late hours and provided temporary lighting to create a safe environment at night.

 

OdinOdin

Odin Wind Farm was comprised of (10) 2.1 MW Sulzon S88. The team was the EPC contractor for this 21 MW project and designed and constructed the roads, foundations, and substation, erected the wind turbines and installed the collection system. While there were a few above−ground challenges, the soft soils in the area required creative solutions. A strategy was required to compensate for the soft soils during the construction of the roads, as well as the crane paths and pads. The weight of the crane and its movement from side−to−side was also taken into consideration.
